Our Team
The team at Adipo & Company Advocates comprises of qualified lawyers and legal experts, supported by paralegal staff who are well versed in the areas of legal practice covered by the firm.
Collins Adipo has practiced law for the past twenty one years (since 1995) in a wide range of fields such as commercial litigation, banking, insurance, commercial negotiation and arbitration. Between 1995 and 1998 Adipo worked as an associate in the law firms of Muthoga, Gaturu & Company Advocates and Mereka & Company Advocates during which he handled litigation and conveyancing matters in the banking industry. In 1998 he founded the Law firm of Adipo & Company Advocates.
Adipo is a qualified Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He has vast experience in the field of commercial arbitration both as counsel and arbitrator. He is a holder of BSc and LL.B. degrees from the University of Bombay and in 2007 he attended a program on Advanced Corporate Transactions organised by the Institute of US Law at George Washington University in Washington DC. He is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya, International Bar Association and Commonwealth Lawyers Association.
Lilian is an Associate Advocate of the Firm and was admitted to the Bar in February 2014 and joined the Firm in July 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She is adept at commercial litigation, reviewing and drafting of contracts, review and advise on various commercial agreements including franchise agreements, mergers and acquisitions, distributorship agreements, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, alternative dispute resolution, civil litigation, probate and administration, conveyancing and insurance claims.
Lilian has worked with Astrazeneca Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a multinational company and is well versed with corporate governance and compliance of various legislation, both external and internal.
She has also worked in the public sector as an adviser and has understanding on the laws governing both the National and County Government and its operations.
Hellen has been with the Firm for over five years and has vast experience in accounting, statistics, public management, project management and office administration.
Kepher has worked at Adipo & Company for the past seven years in the capacity of law clerk, conveyancing matters and file management. He is detailed in his work and keeps abreast of all clients’ profiles.
Kassim is a valuable court clerk and administrative assistant at the Firm, with slightly over two years’ experience with us.
